parse(message: string, parser: Function, parserOpts: Object)

• message: Commit message to parser
• parser: Sync parser function to use. Defaults to sync of conventional-commits-parser
• parserOpts: Options to pass to parser { commentChar: null, // character indicating comment lines issuePrefixes: ['#'] // prefix characters for issue references }
